Riva Hotel Taksim Istanbul, Istanbul

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though small, were very clean and comfortable. The service, unfortunately, was quite disappointing as the staff appeared rude and unhelpful. On the bright side, the location was fantastic, offering easy access to transportation and being close to the best areas of Istanbul. The dining options were satisfactory but not as great as expected. The facilities were decent but could use some improvement.

I loved the location of this hotel, so convenient and close to Taksim Square. The rooms were modern and comfortable, though a bit cramped with the extra bed. The staff was mostly helpful; however, we had some communication issues. The dining options were minimal, but the Pork Belly was seriously yummy!

The hotel offers a spacious and modern room with a separate sitting area, LCD TV, and a partially openable window providing a view of the city. The service is extremely friendly and helpful, although lacking in professionalism at times. The location is excellent, just minutes away from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. The dining experience is better than average, but not up to the standards of a 4-star hotel.
