My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though small, were very clean and comfortable. The service, unfortunately, was quite disappointing as the staff appeared rude and unhelpful. On the bright side, the location was fantastic, offering easy access to transportation and being close to the best areas of Istanbul. The dining options were satisfactory but not as great as expected. The facilities were decent but could use some improvement.
